This painting is for a Christmas greeting card competition. It's done in acrylics and it's the Nativity (obvious) and the background has the colors of the flag of the institution I'm sending it. Below, there're some dark mountains and a camel with a Puerto Rican on it (jíbaro). It's really a small detail.

That's so great! That's the true meaning of Christmas, no matter how much we believe in Santa. :) I love how the bodies morph together to make a heart. And baby Jesus, a thing of beauty as He has always been. :)

Merry Christmas! :santa:

 Yay for abstract art! =) Was this done in watercolour? pastel? I like that it is simple but conveys the true meaning of Christmas. Hope you won :w00t!: the competition! :boogie:

I did it in acrylic colours, believe it or not. It's not my favourite medium, and I rarely use it, so I am more than surprised it came out well.

Oh, whoops :D ... never mind about my question -- I missed the detail that clearly said: "It's done in acrylics" :D
